Who we use for shipping

All shipping is through Australia Post who reduce emissions wherever possible and compensate for the remaining emissions by investing in carbon offset projects through Qantas Future Planet. 

Distribution time frames

Standard shipping 2-4 business days

Express shipping 1-3 business

Distribution / shipping time frame for peak season, pre orders or new collections

We will always aim to send your orders in the timeliest manner, 2-3 business days for standard and 1-2 business days for express. However, this isn’t always possible due to the quantity of orders and delays outside out control. Please allow a few extra days for shipping over these times.

Missing parcels

Once your order is handed over to Australia Post, shipping is beyond our control. While delays can happen, the best way to track your order is via the Australia Post website. If your order is delayed or the tracking information isn’t updating, please contact Australia Post to lodge an enquiry. This step needs to be completed by you before we can follow up on the order. Once this is completed you can notify us at hello@milkydesigns.co

In cases where an order is 'missing' or
'delayed', Australia Post will initiate an investigation into the parcel. This
process can take some time, but rest assured we will work closely with you and
Australia Post to ensure your order is received.

Returns & Exchange

How to return / exchange an item

To return any item(s), please complete all sections of our "Lodge a Return" form. We will reach out within 2–3 business days.

Conditions of returns / exchanges

If you wish to return your item/s, we offer exchanges, store credits and refunds within 14 days of receiving your order.

All returns must not be washed, worn and have all tags attached.

All customers wishing to exchange / return any items are responsible for the return postage cost as well as any additional postage costs for an exchange of a product (this excludes faulty items in which we will be issued you a pre paid return label)

Faulty items

All our Milky Designs pieces go through various stages of quality control, however human error can occur and should you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us via email at hello@milkydesigns.co within 14 days of receiving your item. Or within a considerable timeframe in which the product became faulty.
