All shipping is through Australia Post who reduce emissions wherever possible and also compensate for the remaining emissions by investing in carbon offset projects through Qantas Future Planet.
All standard orders will be packaged and sent within 2-3 business days and express 1-2 business days.

Return & Exchange policy
Should you wish to exchange an item, you'll be issued with a store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We allow two weeks on returns from the delivery date, please contact custom care via email at (email@example.com) for a return address.
Once the item is received, I'll be in contact with a store credit or you can organise for an exchange for a different item (depending availability.
All exchanges for change of mind will occur a new postage fee.
Should you recieved a faulty item, please contact custom care via email at (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Customers will have a choice of exchange for the same item, (depending availability), a different item or a full refund.
Return postage will be refunded by Milky after settlement on the faulty item.
