Shipping & Returns Policies


All shipping is through Australia Post who reduce emissions wherever possible and also compensate for the remaining emissions by investing in carbon offset projects through Qantas Future Planet. 

All standard orders will be packaged and sent within 2-3 business days and express 1-2 business days.

Please understand once we hand your parcel over to Australia Post, it is out of our control if there are any delays. However if you're experiencing any delays or questions regarding your postage please don't hesitate to contact us at

Return & Exchange policy

Should you wish to exchange an item or return an item, please contact us first. We'll provide you with a return address. 

We allow two weeks on returns from the delivery date, please contact custom care via email at for a return address. Please do not send any items back to us until we confirm your return.

Once the item is received, I'll be in contact with a store credit, refund or exchange for a different item, pending availability.

All exchanges for change of mind will occur a new postage fee.

Faulty items

Should you received a faulty item, please contact custom care via email at

Customers will have a choice of exchange for the same item (pending availability) a different item or a full refund.

Return postage will be refunded by to you via your original payment method after settlement on the faulty item.
