Return & Exchange policy

Should you wish to exchange an item, you'll be issued with a store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We allow two weeks on returns from the delivery date, please contact custom care via email at ( for a return address.

Once the item is received, I'll be in contact with a store credit or you can organise for an exchange for a different item (depending availability.

All exchanges for change of mind will occur a new postage fee.

Faulty items

Should you recieved a faulty item, please contact custom care via email at ( 

Customers will have a choice of exchange for the same item, (depending availability), a different item or a full refund. 

Return postage will be refunded by Milky after settlement on the faulty item.
